The Crossroads.

As discussed in the previous posts, the subconscious needs to be evoked to fully utilize our brain power. The subconscious is not just a memory drive but a hard drive with some set of programs already installed in it. These programs include processes like blinking, breathing, etc. Many times, we do a lot of things that do not have a logical reason; even we ourselves are confused as to why we did it in the first place, although we believe our consciousness were in full control. These actions are subconscious. These are the things you know you do but you do not understand why you did it.

Subconscious thinking isn’t some fancy brain‐game requiring some supercalifragilisticexpialidocious mind power, but is just a way of bringing things into habit. For example, let us consider a typist; most of us have seen how a professional typist can type anything without even looking at the keyboard. This implies not only practice but also how the mind has an internal map of the keyboard, having calculated muscle distance responses as to which key is to be typed and when. This tells us that the brain can convert any piece of task from work to hobby to habit, the information to which can be accessed anytime, anywhere. Hence, when we make forced action into a habit, we are actually shifting the work from conscious to subconscious thinking. Example: Whenever we give an ongoing call to a child between the age of 3‐5 years, we always tell them to say “Hello” over the phone as they are not accustomed to calling people over phones, but in the case of adults, we see that no matter who is calling or what the situation is, the first word uttered after receiving a call is “Hello”. Therefore, we can conclude that the actions from receiving a call to saying hello have become a habit or as we can now say a subconscious thought, engraved on our brains so deep, we don’t even realize when we do it.

Now as we understand what the term subconscious thinking means, we can now proceed to the methods to achieve it. The methods to be described are simple and effective, and the variety present gives you a great head‐ start at trying. But, before stating anything about the methods you should fully understand the categorization of these methods, once understood proficiently one can choose the best method as per their belief, comfort and goals.

Now, as you tread though this document you will find certain methods, facts and life hacks that will leave you at a ‘Crossroad’, making you question many aspects of your beliefs both rational and irrational. But it is assured that with some thought given to it, you will find a suitable way out of it. Keeping this in mind we would like to point out the categorization of the different methods of training one’s mind to think subconsciously. First things first, the basic classification of human beings can be done as theists and atheists. Now the problem presents itself. Some theists may find some opinions as not conforming with their beliefs while other atheists may find it difficult to follow some suggestions which might be a rule belonging in a certain belief, but all these  doubts will be cleared under the specific topics where it there is a possibility of someone getting offended. This warning is given right here so that you do not leave or discard any part of this manuscript as proper explanation and acceptance theory or concept will be provided with each ‘approach’ (The word here should have been method, but as the ‘ways’ described below are not textbook explanations, rather than calling it method, or category, or class it will be more appropriate if it is called an approach).

Namely: The Spiritual Approach, The Scientific Approach and The Psychological Approach.
